Is it possible for me to put in a blank disc on my Dell Studio and transfer music on to it?

I want to play music in my car from CD's, I have a few songs that I would like to transfer from iTunes onto a blank disc, is it possible with a Dell Studio Laptop? And if it is, how would I go about doing it?Is it possible for me to put in a blank disc on my Dell Studio and transfer music on to it?only as long as its a blank cd not dvd and you have to burn the music onto the disc and just add music to your cd and when you are done press the burn button
