Replacing a woofer with the Ford factory installed speaker?

I have a Ford. I replaced the factory speakers with woofers tweeters, and a passive crossovers. This is the second vehicle that I have had them in, and now the foam around the woofers are deteriorated. I can't afford to replace them, or repair them with a foam repair kit. Is there any problem replacing the woofers with the factory installed speakers, and leaving the tweeters and crossovers there?
