Where can i find a new dell charging circuit?

I have a dell inspiron 1525 and get the plugged in not charging message. I bought a new battery and it charged on and off for a while but will charge perfectly fine in my moms inspiron. I was told to get a new charging circuit. I am pretty sure I could put it in myself but have no idea where I can buy one. Dell won't let me get one unless I PAY to chat with them and then PAY to have my computer looked at.
