How do i system restore my dell latitude 110l laptop?

I know your supposed to press Ctrl and F11, when the blue www.dell screen appears when turning on your computer but no www.dell screen appears on my Laptop.



In short pressing Ctrl and F11 when the computer starts up doesn't work.How do i system restore my dell latitude 110l laptop?dont click any keys .

go to the menu %26gt; click programs

then click accesories %26gt; system tools

and then click system restore.

and pick the date of when your restoring it to
