How do you make your voice sound different on a Dell computer?

I'm trying to make my voice sound higher on my Dell laptop.. but I can't figure out how to do it.

SummerHow do you make your voice sound different on a Dell computer?type in the search bar 'dell webcam centre' and there is a control pannel, and on there it says webcam options and it also says audio options, and you can change your voice really high pitched or really slow, i have an inspiron something or other but im assuming it will be that same on all of them.
