I lost an install disk and need a replacement for my dell printer?

I have a dell 968 printer. I called dell and they would not send me a replacement disk, this is a big problem, I have it installed on 1 computer but i need it for another 2. Dell also said i could pay them 拢39 to download it with them off the internet. I tried this it didn't work.
