please dont respond with contacting dell because i know its possible without disk. Also tried ctrl and f11 that does not work because the computer boots straight to the windows splash screen..and the f(numbers) need to be used when the dell portion pops up... i get nothing that says dell..computer starts and windows xp pops up.
