1 means: Always tirang-ing (I have no idea what this means) makes one hungry. Similar to an English construction Always working out/exercising makes one hungry.



2 roughly translates - I say roughly as one needs context to actually have this utterance have meaning. I'm assuming you know the context behind this exchange.

ngtalk me ako amo bwt nmo = My boss and I talked about you.
