Help with Tagalog message please!?

I was sent a message: " Txt mo ko pag sa manila ka na ". The Google translator says something about "I love you" along with "Txt me". Help please I don't get it. thanksHelp with Tagalog message please!?

" Text me if you're already in Manila."

Where did google translate those words?

pag - i love you (see? google thinks it was pag-ibig)

sa - in

I don't see any way you could've gotten "I love you" out of that.
