I have Microsoft professional and am trying to type out reports for my missionary work in the Philippines. Can anyone tell me how to translate all of it to filipino language ( tagalog )? I cant find it on Microsoft itsself. Maybe there is a way to downlod a translator or a link.

Don't put too much trust in any translation program. Even the translation of more prominent languages to/from English is far from perfect. Tagalog is likely to have even poorer results.
